College-less Life

havent been doing anything much lately, so nth much to blog about. cant wait for tmr to come. going out with wang, mein, houchen n mayb keat. too bad kay cant go :( nvm, we shall arrange another outing soon ok?

yesterday i went to green box in sg wang to sing k with my sis. n dat's a place i wouldnt wanna go again, esp on sch holidays. the amount of people there is scary. dats not dat bad yet...the clothes they wear, the way they talk n act even worse. typical 'lala'. sigh...kids these days :P

then the rest of the time im at home, my routine is sleep, eat, tv, comp, mahjong n games. talking bout playing games, ive been helping my sis to hunt pigeon (GTA 4), since there are like, 200 pigeons to be hunted. it's not really a mission though. more like a side quest. n my driving in dat game is..............s.c.a.r.y. (yeah i admit). wouldnt wanna imagine myself driving like dat in real life. i bang into watever i see : human, cars, lamp posts, trees....dangerous. but the fun thing bout the game is i get to drive cool sports car!! :D

Quan Wei's farewell

Saturday, 27th Sept 2008 - Damansara - our first outing after we sent mel n kenny to klia....so this outing is without mel, ken hon, charmaine n suzie...how sad....ok..let me explain first...the purpose of this outing is not to make them jealous..im not as evil as MEIN! the main purpose is to see quan wei b4 he leaves to germany on thurs....n also to celeb his bday...happy belated bday quan wei!!

i went to kay's house n fetch her to the curve....im surprised dat she knows the way!! n she really led me there without getting lost...using short cut some more...not bad ar...got improvement!! YAY!! thought kahky would sound us when we reach there, cause we were kinda late...instead, he was later than us...luckily..phew...but wang, mein, houchen n weichoong were already there, so we waited for kahky, paul n quanwei together...and this was wat they did while waiting :

next stop...ikano power centre!! camwhore a lil, walk around, ate icecream....then ended up we entered ikea...(after finishing our icecream, since the guard wun let us in)...walked around....took pics, as expected...n so many ppl were looking at us as though we're some monkeys coming out from zoo...hmmm....who cares? as long as we had fun then good enough...:D

Money No Enough 2

went n watch this movie with my family on fri nite...figured dat we shd watch it b4 it's down since everybody was complementing on dat movie....n now dat i've watched it, i couldnt agree more.....okla...mayb the graphic is a bit fake...but seriously, it had such a good storyline dat managed to make me cry non stop....well, at least i wasnt the only one who cried...i heard my sisters crying too in the cinema...(heard some snoring sound also..dunno from who..but whoever it is, might as well save the money n sleep at home)

as i was saying, though the movie is a bit funny, but towards the end, it's really touching...it's basically bout these 3 brothers who got very poor at the end n the way they treat their mom....after all the sacrifice their mother made for them, they treat their mom so badly when it comes to difficult times like these....i think i shdnt talk more bout the movie..shd watch urself n feel the sorrow :P anyway, if ure feeling lazy/ dun fancy watching movie, then can check out the synopsis here :

then again, though it's important, but it's not everything...have u ever felt poorer than poor? living without money is not considered as poorest yet...being poor without loved ones by ur side is even poorer than being poor....so ppl...do appreciate ur loved ones...before it's too late....regret is one of the worst feelings in life (at least dats wat i think)...

importance of electricity

i was watching tv with my sis halfway when my whole house suddenly blackout...such a 'right' timing...it was just 5 mins to the end of my movie....good thing i still remember the title of dat show...hope they will show it again soon...

ok..the electricity...i didnt realise how important it is to me, esp at nite.....for the past hour, i had nth else to do besides walking around the house, rolling on my bed n playing with the torchlight n my own shadow while waiting for the electricity to come back on...i couldnt do wat i normally do at nite at this time....cant online, cant hunt mouse, cant watch tv....n the worse thing is, i cant even play talk on the phone! my hp ran out of batt n i couldnt charge it...:( wat a nite....wanted to revise my chinese, but i couldnt concentrate with insufficient light....gotta stress my eyes to read every single word...so i gave up...dat 1 hour felt like 10 hours to me....worse still, i couldnt sleep cause i slept the whole day!! guess dats the disadvantage of being nocturnal....

absence of electricity for an hour almost make me die of boredom....so im appreciating electricity n its role in my life now...which then makes me wonder, who's the creator/inventor of electricity? well, no one is!

btw, i just moved to this blog from www.xanga.com/suching89 . i shifted the most recent post here...for older posts, can check out the other blog of mine but i wun be updating it anymore....

again..it's been a while since i last blogged...hmm..the last outing i blogged bout was the farewell for pehlin...n b4 dat was kenny's bday...ok..a lot happened since then...just roughly going through wat happened since then...

july 15th...really had a wonderful bday this year...my classmates really gave me a surprise...first, mein sms me n tell me he cant make it...then only kenny, wang n mel turned up to have lunch with me...then mel n wang's drama came in...mel claimed dat she had emergency back home n gotta go home...wang was supposed to fetch her back n so left kenny n i..watched hellboy...after movie n some shopping, kenny brought me up the 3rd floor n gave me the first hint...n so, the hunt started...i had to walk around mv for a few times to look for 19 locations based on the hints they gave me....n in each locations, one of my friend would be there to give me the next hint...(not enough ppl, so they gotta 'reuse' the their 'resources') the 19th hint led me to chillis where we celebrated my bday...

28th july...we went to genting...sadly, it was quite a last min plan...so only suzie, mein, wang, kenny, mel n i went....was quite a fun trip...camwhored a lot..then overnite there...watched dark knight together at bout 1am...then slept at bout...5...i think...then the next day..THEME PARK!! it's fun making mel n kenny to go on the space shot n making wang go onto the corkscrew....they finally overcome their fears!!

then.....results out! was kinda depressed for some time..then got over it dy....nth can be done dy anyway...too late regretting..just pray dat i can enter either unsw or melbu....
a day later...we went to pyramid to watch meet dave...then we went to kenny's....kay's....houchen's.....then ate dinner together...friends...just wat i need to cheer me up...:D

16th aug...mein had his bday celebration at his hse...invited us n his sab friends...we ended up hiding ourselves in his room n his mom entertained us instead...it's ok though..understandable dat he shd spend more time with his high sch friends....

2 days later...we celebrated his bday for him again at kenny's hse....went n buy cake from somewhere near taylros n surprised him as he was already at kenny's hse when we were buying the cake...(n i got myself wet just to buy him his cake...be thankful mein!) later dat day, we were supposed to collect our results..kenny n wang supposed to go for the award giving ceremony...but apparently the results slip not out yet, so we went for lunch instead (at market) since wang n kenny decided to just collect their cheque some other time...then after lunch we decided to get back to kenny's hse n watch movie together...

29th aug...kenny had a farewell dinner at his hse...i almost couldnt make it....so i only joined them bout 9.30pm...it was nice meeting venki after so long din see him...n quan wei too...so long din hear him tease me bout my uadd n my cheek...so when i saw him sorta reminded me bout our coll days...a bit sad though, cause couldnt make it in the afternoon to kay's hse...missed the 'mooncake making process'....
